Inquire

Privacy

We collect what an inquiry needs, and only to reply.

Last updated · August 2026

This notice covers studionur.ca. It is short because the site does very little with your information — this page describes all of it.

What we collect

The inquiry form asks for your name(s), your email address, and a note about your events. You can also add a phone number, what you're planning (event type), an event date, and a city — all optional context so our reply is useful the first time. Nothing else is collected. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by us.

How a submission is handled

  • The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting check that blocks automated abuse. It runs in an isolated frame and sets no tracking cookies. Its operation is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • To prevent abuse, our form endpoint keeps a short-lived, per-address request counter at Cloudflare's edge. It exists only for the rate-limit window, then expires.
  • Your submission is delivered to inquiries@studionur.ca via Resend, our email delivery provider.
  • A copy of the submission — including the optional event type, event date, and city if you provided them — is kept in secure storage for up to 90 days so a delivery failure can never lose your note, then deleted automatically.
  • Operational logs are redacted of personal information — names, emails, and addresses are masked before anything is written.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply, and to carry on the conversation you started. We don't sell them, share them, or add you to any list.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email inquiries@studionur.ca and we'll do it.
